Local? Skip the courier entirely and collect it from us — often the same week you order.
How long things take
We print to order, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you. That means a short wait, and a part that was made for you rather than for nobody in particular.
- Lineup items (keychains, the Wiggle, planters, desk gear) — usually printed within one to two days and dispatched in three to five working days.
- Personalised items (name signs, nameplates, pet tags) — the same, plus a few hours for Azad to model your name properly.
- Custom design jobs — a few extra days, because we design it, send you a preview of the actual model, and wait for your yes before anything prints.
We always give you a date up front, in writing, before you pay. If something slips — a failed print, a filament change, a school assembly — we tell you the same day rather than letting you wonder.
What shipping costs
Shipping is quoted with your order, because a single keychain and a twenty-piece party pack are very different parcels. Your quote email shows the item price and the shipping cost separately, so there is nothing to discover at checkout.
Rural or out of the way? Tell us when you order. Rural delivery adds a day or two and a small courier surcharge, and we would rather say so now than surprise you later.
Auckland pickup
We are in Auckland, and pickup is free. It is also the fastest option — for small orders we can often have something ready the next day. Once your order is printed and checked we message you and arrange a time that suits. If you are local and it is a bigger order, we will usually meet you halfway.
Bulk, party and event orders
Twenty personalised tags is twenty separate little jobs, so bulk orders need a bit more runway than a single keychain.
- Up to 20 pieces — please give us at least one week from the day we confirm names and colours.
- More than 20 pieces, or several designs in one order — two weeks is comfortable. We can go faster, but ask us first rather than hoping.
- Fixed date? Say the date in your first message. If we cannot hit it we will tell you straight away instead of taking the order and crossing our fingers.
Tracking, packing and the small print
Every parcel goes out tracked and you get the number by email. Prints are wrapped so the fine details survive the trip, and there is a thank-you note from Azad in the box — he writes them himself.
We ship within New Zealand only for now. If you are overseas and really want something, email us and we will work out whether it is sensible.
