Where we are and when we reply
Azad 3D is based in Auckland, New Zealand. It is a workshop at home rather than a shop with a counter, so there is no address to visit — but Auckland pickup is free and easy to arrange once your order is printed.
Email lands with Amit, who usually replies the same day. Azad reads the interesting ones. If your message is about a custom idea, include a photo or a rough sketch — even a bad one on paper helps more than a paragraph of description.
Good things to include
- The exact spelling of any name or text, capitals and all.
- A colour or two, or just say “your pick” and let Karishma choose.
- The date you need it by, if there is one.
- Roughly how big it should be, if size matters.
