The short version
We are two people and a printer in Auckland. We collect the details you send us so we can make your thing and get it to you — nothing else. We don’t sell your information, we don’t rent it, and we don’t hand it to advertisers.
What this website collects
Nothing automatically. This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no cookies. Nothing you do here is logged or profiled by us.
The one thing the site stores on your device is your light or dark theme preference, saved in your browser’s local storage so the site looks the way you left it. It never leaves your browser, and clearing your browser data removes it.
What the order form collects
The order form doesn’t send anything anywhere on its own. It writes an email in your email app and stops — nothing is sent until you press send. What you choose to include is what we receive:
- your name and the town or city we are delivering to;
- the product, the text or name to print, quantity, colours and the date you need it by;
- whatever you write in the notes, plus any photos or sketches you attach;
- your email address, because that is how the email reaches us.
If you go on to order, we also end up with a delivery address and a phone number so the courier can find you.
What we do with it
We use it to quote your job, design and print it, ship it, and answer you if you have a question afterwards. That is the whole list. We do not add you to a mailing list — if we ever start one, you would have to actually ask to be on it.
Who else sees it
- Our email provider (Gmail), because that is where your message arrives.
- The courier, who needs your name and address to deliver the parcel.
- Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade customer information, ever.
How long we keep it
Order emails stay in our inbox so we can honour reprints and reorders — handy when you want the same name tag again next year. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a record of the sale.
Children
Azad is 11 and runs the design side, but the business paperwork, the money and this website are handled by his dad, Amit. Orders should be placed by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights, and how to use them
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email amitnz@gmail.com and Amit will handle it personally — there is no ticket queue, it is just him.
