The Workshop

Two machines. Two jobs.

We didn't buy a printer to play with — we built a small production line. One machine for size and speed, one for fine detail. Between them we can make almost anything you can describe.

Features & Benefits

Why order from a kid and his dad?

Because you get things you genuinely cannot buy anywhere else — made by people whose name is on the box.

Designed from scratch

Every model here is our own original design, drawn by us — not a file downloaded from the internet. That means no copies, no licensing issues, and shapes nobody else is selling.

Any name, any colour

Personalisation isn't an add-on, it's the point. Send us a name, a nickname, a gamer tag or a date and we generate the model for it. Two-tone colour combinations at no extra cost.

Fast, local turnaround

Printed in Auckland, not shipped from overseas. Most orders leave us in 3–5 days with tracked NZ delivery — and Auckland pickup is available if you need it tomorrow.

Checked by two fussy makers

Nothing ships that we wouldn't keep. Every print is inspected for layer quality, stringing and finish — and if it isn't right, it gets reprinted, not sent.

Safe, sturdy materials

We print in PLA+ — a strong, plant-based plastic that's safe around kids and pets — and switch to tougher PETG for anything that lives outdoors or takes a beating.

You're backing a young maker

Azad is 11. Every order pays for filament, better tools and his first real business lesson — and every parcel leaves with a thank-you note he wrote himself.

Our Story

It started with one question.

Azad is 11. He'd been designing and printing things for months — creatures that flex, signs with his friends' names on them, small tools that solved small problems. Then one evening he asked his dad whether people would actually pay for them.

Amit — who does marketing in Auckland for a living — gave the only honest answer: let's find out properly. So they set up a real studio. Two printers, real quality control, real packaging, and a rule that nothing ships unless they'd be happy to keep it.

Azad designs the products and runs the machines. Dad handles the boring grown-up parts. The profits go straight back into filament, better tools, and Azad's first real business.

Questions

Good to know

Is an 11-year-old really running this?

Yes. Azad picks the products, designs them, and runs the printers. His dad supervises everything, handles payments, shipping and customer service, and makes sure every order is done properly. It's a genuine father-and-son operation, not a marketing angle.

How long will my order take?

Lineup items usually print within one to two days and ship in three to five. Custom designs take a few extra days because of the design-and-approve step. We'll always give you a date up front, before you pay.

Can you make something from my own idea?

Absolutely — it's our favourite kind of order. Describe it, sketch it, or photograph the thing you want replaced or improved. We design it, send you a preview of the model, and quote before anything prints.

What are the prints made of? Are they safe?

Mostly PLA+, a strong plant-based plastic that's safe around children and pets. For outdoor or heavy-duty parts we use PETG, which handles heat and weather far better. Nothing ships with loose small parts unless you specifically ask for them.

Do you ship outside Auckland?

Yes — tracked shipping anywhere in New Zealand. Auckland pickup can be arranged for larger orders, and we'll usually meet you halfway if you're local.

Can I order in bulk for a party, team or event?

Yes, and it works out much cheaper per item — keychains and the Mini Wiggle especially. Tell us the quantity and the date you need them by, and we'll quote it.

What if something arrives broken or wrong?

Tell us and we reprint it, free. We're a small family business trying to build a reputation — getting it right matters more to us than the cost of a reprint.
